Istion Yachting presents the Catamarans Cup COOK-OFF competition.

A prize will be awarded to the “Best Dish”

RULES

The competition will be held in Poros on the 22nd of October.  Each crew shall prepare and present one or more dishes to the rest of the fleet, during the prizing giving ceremony in Poros.

Each boat may enter as many dishes as they want.

Dishes shall be cooked by the crew on board their boat from scratch.

“Scratch” is defined as starting with basic ingredients.  There is no limitation in the origin of the ingredients.  Complete commercial “just add meat/water/milk etc.” mixes are not permitted.

Crews are to prepare and cook dishes in as a sanitary a manner as possible.  At the discretion of the head judge, the crew may be required to taste their dishes before turning it in for judging.

Each boat is required to prepare a minimum of 12 servings of their dish.  More servings may attract more votes!

Dishes will be evaluated by the competitors and will be judged considering taste, appearance, presentation and originality.  Each crew may cast up to 3 votes.  The dish which collects most votes will be the winner.  Votes may be cast to different dishes or to the same dish.  Votes may not be cast on a crews’ own dish.

The exact place and time of the competition will be announced at the skippers briefing on the 21st of October.
